8-Week Course: Yoga Therapy for Stress, Anxiety & Depression

The 8-week Yoga Therapy for the Mind 8-week course is a comprehensive and evidence-based program for anyone looking to reduce stress, anxiety and/or depression, through use of Mind and Body techniques. This course was developed by Heather Mason, founder of The Minded Institute in London, specifically to help people deal with Stress, Anxiety and Depression. It is also wonderful for supporting the development of mental health tools which help build emotional resiliency and well-being.

You will be provided with a detailed course manual and an audio track for each week. Small groups guaranteed for a more therapeutic environment conducive to group support. Yoga mats and props will also be provided.

Starts Sunday April 12th 4pm-6pm.
Venue is the beautiful new ashtanga yoga shala on Bridge Street The full course cost is €275.
Pay before March 21st for the early bird price of €250 No experience of yoga required.
